Final rewrite

This week, I had to revisit my Media ethics blog and make some possible changes to the blog in question. For this, I am going to be giving my thoughts on the matter of why I didn’t really like this task at all. Why I felt like it was a repeat and what changes they could’ve made to the job itself I don’t mind rewriting blogs but doing the same thing over and over again can be annoying at times. 

My thoughts on this weeks rewrite

To start im going to be honest here, but I’ve already made specific changes back in week 9 for the rewrite. Like I said before, I don’t mind rewriting, but the fact is is that I’ve had to rewrite my blog three times, and for the third attempt, I felt like there was no point in adding too much as I’ve gotten most of it done in week nine rewrite. Now I have added two changes to this. I’ve changed the font as I wanted to explore the blogs tools above to get a feel of them to get used to the idea of using the blog tools more when continuing with my future assignments. I know one blogging means that I don’t use, but I use it on the keyboard, the undo/redo option. I find it easier on the keyboard instead than just clicking the buttons themselves.

Other blog tools that I use is changing headings to a major heading or a subheading which is something that I have done with the blog itself by selecting the bold subheadings and changing it to the subheading using the blogging tools above. As for the fonts, I had a mess around experimenting with which one to use, so I decided to choose Helvetica font as it looks different from Ariel font. 

As for learning anything this week, I haven’t understood much this week, probably the usage of the blogging tools and the importance of them as they make your blog essays stand out more and, in general, look good with all the options of headings and different fonts. 

Probably what I wish that were different from this task was to go back and focus on another blog that way, you could’ve made some other good improvements like justifying my old blogs mainly because I’ve learned to justify the blogs last week. I would like to i go back on them and use the knowledge that I’ve learned now to go back and improve on them. That would be a better option then to have done a repeat of a blog three times.

This week I finally wrapped up the group project I had to do over the past few weeks. Revising writing

This week I had to read some readings detailing how to be good at reading and writing essays. They are listed below, which are Writing strong paragraphs. Paragraph structure This reading mainly focuses on what is a paragraph and how you go on writing one, and what not to put in a paragraph. This can quickly be done by splitting it up into three paragraphs such as the beginning, the middle and the end. A paragraph would usually be around 250 words that would mainly consist of approximately five or six sentences. The beginning section would usually consist of an idea which would have to be the critical information first before anything else and must be explained very clearly before moving onto the second paragraph. It is also known as the topic sentence. The second paragraph would mainly consist of explaining the idea that was first introduced by the topic sentence. Rewrite #3

Changes For this week, I have to rewrite my blog for the third time. Which blog? The Media ethics blog. It is currently one of the best blogs that I’ve written. Also, it has the most comments on it, which is around six comments with good positive reviews with one criticism saying that I should expand on my thoughts on the videos in the blog that I had to review on.  For the changes, if I’m going, to be honest, I haven’t changed anything much. I mean, in rewrite #2, I’ve made the necessary changes overall which there isn’t much that I can change. If it were another one of my blogs that I could make changes to, it would’ve been good.
